Great Honor to be bestowed with “Bajra Guru Thungur”

“AN HONORABLE & A SPECIAL REQUEST TO ALL THE PEOPLES LIVING ABROAD”
It is to my greatest contentment to inform you that the on going, “Bajra Guru Thungyur,” programme after years of successful event in many regions in Solukhumbu such as Namche, Khumjung, Lukla, Solu Thaksindo and Junbesi is now coming to Goli region in the year 2012. This is not only a moment of privilege but also holds significant period to each one of us beloniing and identifying with the Buddhist religion to join together and make this programme equally successful. The fact remains that the Goli is a very remote area with a very limited access to various services and this surely stands as challenge to this great programme being launched where we intend to invite higher ranks lamas to do the honor of this programme.
Briefly, Bajra Guru Thungyur Programme is to be carried by various ranks of lamas and roughly around mantra of eleven crores wil be recited and this will solely depend on our resources and facilities that we can afford to exercise. Our biggest concern at this point of time to collegct as much funding that may be possible to be able to successfully carry out this important event which not only hold religious significance but it will be an important programme for the well being of the people and world peace at large. I can fully give you the assurance of the funds to be properly used during this event and since this is for the noble and religious cause, it will be a pure form of event with the blessings to the entire people with crores of recitation of mantras.
Prior to this, many of you have contributed to the Kangur puja and to other various social causes through various institutions and this is something beyond appreciation and I am very thankful for such in depth of heart to support in religious and social horizon.
The programme for the year 2012 of, “Bajra Guru Thungyur,” is such an event that does not happen all the time. It is a very special event that we may not get the wonderful privilege like now again, hence I urge everybody living abroad to be part of this event and contribute with their inner soul and join each of our hand together to make this one of most flourishing event. The specific objective of this event is to spread the message of Happiness, World Peace and for the well being of entire people for years of continued success, prosperity and good health. Again, I would like to emphasize that is the event of life time and the responsibility lies in our hands to make it worthwhile.
Together with this letter of request, I am sending khata that symbolizes the good start (Temdil) to each one of you with the hope that you will be taking this event with great joy and interest and moment of pride and support in your capacities to hold this event in an honorable way.
